The studio is impeccable, both in terms of cleanliness and accessibility to local activities. Everything is nearby by bike along the Meuse River (Annevoie Gardens 4 km, Namur 9 km, Dinant 14 km).

Our animal friends are only allowed in the Costa Rica accommodation .
A supplement of €25 per stay is requested to guarantee a thorough cleaning after their stay.
Stays are non -refundable . In case of unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to change the date of the stay (subject to availability) by contacting us.
Arrivals are from 3:00 PM and departures are until 11:00 AM .
We ask that you respect the accommodation and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. In case of damage or excessive cleaning required, fees may be charged.
